Muthu Kumar
Chief Executive Officer

Muthu manages the AKER Kapital business and is responsible for business development, relationship management and delivery of the clients processes. He has successfully done several large and medium size migrations and is instrumental in developing the migration methodology for smooth and successful transition of the clients processes to the offshore centers. In his previous stint with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Muthu was the transition and Integration Manager and was instrumental in successful transition of the global Investment banking processes to the processing center in Chennai. He has managed several complex transitions across US, UK and Asia region. He was instrumental in creating a platform for migrating the more complex Investment Banking Operations in ABN Amro by successfully leading the pilot for the Marco polo project based on which further migrations were done taking it the second largest team with about 1200 FTE in the ABN Central Processing unit. He holds a PGDBA in Finance and is also a CFA. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

Srikanth Settipalli

Srikanth is the Chairman of the London headquartered AKER Group of companies. He is a serial entrepreneur who has in the past incubated and built companies such as Infoplus, iWisdom, Hadley Oak and MIDAS. The AKER Group is currently one of the fastest growing corporations in Northern London. Srikanth is a technocrat who has to his credit envisioned and created several path breaking technology products in ERP, Education infrastructure and MRO consulting. He started his career as an SAP consultant and led several global implementations for fortune 500 clients across Europe and Middle East. He is also the Chairman of the AKER Foundation, a not for profit organization that strives for the welfare of under privileged children in India. He has recently created the AKER Venture Fund to provide a platform for startups originating in Britain and India. His business interests span across IT Services, Commercial Realty, Entertainment & Media Services and Education. Srikanth holds a first degree in Engineering in Electronics and a Masters in Finance & Information Management from the University of Westminster.

Prabhu Antony

Prabhu Antony, an investment banker, manages the AKER Fund, a London headquartered venture capital fund dedicated to investing in Europe-India cross border opportunities. He currently represents the AKER Group’s interest in the portfolio companies and oversees their marketing & business strategy. He was earlier the Vice President at MAPE Group, a top tier M&A bank in India, where he managed the cross border division and the technology vertical practice. He has spent more than 7 years in the technology sector handling wall-street clients and international business development for companies such as Oracle Financial Solutions and Mahindra Satyam. He is a member of the Standard & Poor's - Society of Industry Leaders Network and is also passionately involved in a variety of Social Entrepreneurship projects in South India. Prabhu holds a first degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Finance
